Understanding patterns, context and practical next steps

Therapy begins by understanding what has brought you to the appointment, what matters to you and what you would like to be different. The approach is collaborative and adapted to the individual rather than built around a one-size-fits-all program.

Lili's work may draw on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness techniques, Schema Therapy and EMDR where appropriate to the person and presenting concern.
